Latest design

Wet scrubbing processes are often used for flue gas desulphurisation FGD in coal fired power plants, waste incineration and cement plants. The gypsum generated by the FGD process can be washed and separated from the mother liquid by using gypsum centrifuges.

    • The Ferrum gypsum centrifuges offer highest availability in permanent production and even in extreme and irregular plant conditions.
    • Best solid-liquid separation performance guarantees high throughput as well as maximum purity and minimal residual moisture of the gypsum product.
    • The gypsum washed and dewatered in centrifuges has a very high quality and can be used in the building materials industry for gypsum wall boards etc.
